Things to know before you order

The variety that is available at the time of packing will be sent. Fruit is subject to availability and is weather dependent.

Before you order please note that there may be last-minute delays or changes in the date of delivery due to factors beyond our control. These could be related to weather conditions, transport issues and traffic jams. Kindly bear with us.

We harvest only when the fruit has attained full maturity in order to ensure flavor and aroma, however, if you do notice a soft spot or two on the fruit please cut it and use the rest of the fruit.

Delivery

You will receive a message as soon as we dispatch the boxes. Kindly provide accurate delivery information and try to be available to receive the order.

Returns & Refunds

Each box is double-checked for quality and freshness. In any case, if you are unhappy with your box, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. We will make the necessary adjustments with a refund or replacement at the time of the next delivery.

We deliver only harvest fresh fruit so we will be able to replace the fruit only when we are picking the next batch.

You are however requested to submit your complaints within 24 hours of delivery. Any complaints beyond a period of 24 hours will not be entertained.

All disputes to be settled in shimla court only.
